    • Peak Seasons (Nov–Jan): May take 3-5 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 (Ground only, contiguous U.S.).

  • No PO Boxes/APO: Adult signature required at delivery.

3. State Restrictions

Due to complex alcohol laws, we cannot ship to:

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: Email photos of the damage and packaging to contact@discountliquoroutlet.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost in Transit: Contact us if tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it within 24 hours.
